Thorndon hold a prestigious club championship tournament every year in March/April. The tournament is open to all members and draws a huge turn-out. There are competitions across all events, genders and ages (singles, doubles, womens, mens, mixed, seniors) with draws determined by the club captain. Initial rounds are played between members at mutually suitable times, with the finals played together on a designated weekend in front of a packed Thorndon deck!
